AI-Summary

What this Trial Is About

Researchers are collecting ongoing data from patients with varicose veins disease who have been treated using various methods, including conventional surgery, endovenous thermal ablations, and sclerotherapy. This registry gathers information from multiple Russian medical centers and aims to support future studies such as randomized, cohort, and observational research based on the database. Patients undergo treatments such as high ligation and stripping of veins, endovenous laser or radiofrequency ablation, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, and phlebectomy. Data about these treatments are continuously entered into a digital database for long-term monitoring and analysis. Participants will have their vein condition monitored through duplex ultrasonography at baseline, and at 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment. Optional assessments include quality of life surveys and venous clinical severity scores at similar intervals. This ongoing registry helps track treatment outcomes and patient wellbeing over time.
