  • Virgin undergraduate physiotherapy students
  • Age between 18 and 25 years
Not Eligible

  • Neurological disorders or injuries affecting pelvic floor function (e.g., fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis)
  • Mental health or cognitive disorders affecting data collection
  • Prior abdominal surgery
  • Current use of medications affecting pelvic floor function (e.g., anticholinergics, opioids, antidepressants)
