- For healthy volunteers: age over 18 years

- Deafness for patients and healthy volunteers
- History of neurological conditions (including stroke, coma, epilepsy, neuro-inflammatory or neurodegenerative disease) or diagnosed cognitive impairment for healthy volunteers
