You may qualify if you...
- 18 years or older and able to communicate in English
- Patients with gestational diabetes who are recently pregnant or postpartum
- Health care providers such as nurses, physicians, lactation consultants involved in implementing the strategy
- Executive leadership involved in healthcare decision-making
