This work will help develop a detailed protocol and materials for future larger studies and promote international research collaboration.

  • Pupils aged 8 to 13 years
  • Pupils enrolled in non-special needs municipal school classes
  • Classes not involved in other development or research projects that could affect results
  • Pupils with parental or guardian written consent to participate
  • Pupils able to provide an oral assessment

Outpatient Treatment

Duration - One school year (approximately 11 months)

Participants in the intervention group participate in the 3PL physical literacy activities integrated into their physical education classes to enhance physical literacy over the school year. Control group participants continue their normal physical education classes.
