Young adults aged 18 to 24 years are the focus of this study, which explores how their ability to understand and use artificial intelligence relates to their knowledge about sexual health. This research addresses a gap in understanding how these two types of literacy—sexual health and artificial intelligence—interact in the digital age, especially as young people increasingly turn to AI tools for health information. The study is observational and cross-sectional, aiming to provide insights into sexual health information-seeking behaviors in young adults. Participants are young adults who can read and write Turkish and have internet access. They voluntarily participate by completing surveys during a single enrollment session. The study measures include an introduction information forum and assessments of both sexual health literacy and artificial intelligence literacy, all conducted at enrollment. During the study, participants respond to questionnaires evaluating their knowledge and skills related to sexual health and AI literacy. The primary outcomes focus on these literacy levels at the start of the study. Participants' involvement includes completing surveys online, with no additional treatments or interventions. The study will continue enrollment until February 2027.
