Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Men and women with spinal cord injury or disorder aged 18 to 70 years
  • Neurologically complete or incomplete spinal cord injury at levels C5 and below, classified as AIS A-D
  • Enrolled within 4 months after discharge from initial rehabilitation for spinal cord injury
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Pregnancy confirmed by urine test in sexually active females
  • Cognitive impairment that affects valid consent
  • Grade 3 or 4 pressure injury at study entry
  • Prisoners
