Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Men and women with spinal cord injury or disorder aged 18 to 70 years
- Neurologically complete or incomplete spinal cord injury at levels C5 and below, classified as AIS A-D
- Enrolled within 4 months after discharge from initial rehabilitation for spinal cord injury
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnancy confirmed by urine test in sexually active females
- Cognitive impairment that affects valid consent
- Grade 3 or 4 pressure injury at study entry
- Prisoners
