Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Currently matriculating NSU undergraduate students aged 18 years or older
You will not qualify if you...
- Students who are not current NSU undergraduates
- Participants aged 17 years or younger
- Students currently enrolled in psychotherapy or mental health services
- Students with acute mental health needs such as psychosis, active alcohol or substance use problems, or suicidality
