You may qualify if you...

  • Currently matriculating NSU undergraduate students aged 18 years or older
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Students who are not current NSU undergraduates
  • Participants aged 17 years or younger
  • Students currently enrolled in psychotherapy or mental health services
  • Students with acute mental health needs such as psychosis, active alcohol or substance use problems, or suicidality
