Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- On stable incretin therapy at screening
- Have persistent obesity or overweight defined as BMI of 30 kg/m2 or higher OR BMI of 27 kg/m2 or higher with at least one obesity-related complication such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, obstructive sleep apnea, cardiovascular disease, or type 2 diabetes
- Have stable body weight with less than 5% change at screening
You will not qualify if you...
- Prior or planned surgical treatment for obesity (except liposuction, cryolipolysis, or abdominoplasty performed more than 1 year before screening)
- Prior or planned endoscopic or device-based therapy for obesity unless device was removed more than 6 months before screening
- Diagnosis of type 1 diabetes
- Use of DPP-4 inhibitors, amylin analogs, or insulin within 90 days before screening
- History of heart attack, stroke, coronary artery revascularization, unstable angina, or hospitalization for congestive heart failure within 90 days before screening
- History or diagnosis of New York Heart Association Functional Class IV congestive heart failure
