Researchers are evaluating the effectiveness and safety of a new topical treatment using triamcinolone acetonide-loaded polymeric nanocapsules for care after endoscopic nasal surgery. This study compares this investigational formulation to standard normal saline nasal irrigation to see if it improves healing, reduces inflammation, and minimizes postoperative complications and corticosteroid-related side effects in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps, or related conditions. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the triamcinolone acetonide nanocapsule treatment or standard saline irrigation after their surgery. The nanocapsules are designed to improve drug retention and provide controlled release directly at the surgical site. Both treatments are applied topically to the nasal cavity following procedures such as functional endoscopic sinus surgery, turbinoplasty, or septoplasty. Throughout the study, participants will undergo endoscopic examinations and complete symptom questionnaires at baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 3 months after surgery. Researchers will monitor postoperative healing, inflammation scores, symptom changes, complications, and any corticosteroid-related adverse events. The total participation period lasts about 3 months, during which safety and treatment effects are carefully assessed.
