What this Trial Is About
The investigators aim is to investigate the brain's dynamic complexity across three phases of an ovarian stimulation cycle (basal, pre-OPU, mid-luteal), to observe the impact of externally administered hormones, and compare it with the corresponding phases of a natural menstrual cycle (early follicular, pre-ovulatory, mid-luteal) in the same woman. Brain activity patterns will be examined using resting-state fMRI in a sample of young, healthy, naturally cycling women.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age group: 25 - 35 years old
- Body Mass Index (BMI) between 20 and 30
- Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) level between 1.3 and 5.9 ng/ml
- Regular menstrual cycle lasting 26 to 35 days
- At least 3 months wash-out period after any previous use of hormonal contraception
- Meet safety and eligibility standards for MRI scanning, including no metallic implants or claustrophobia
You will not qualify if you...
- History of ovarian surgery
- Any ovarian pathology
- Mental health disorders
- Use of medications that affect brain function
- Current use of hormonal contraception including pills, patches, or Mirena IUD
