What this Trial Is About

Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant digestive system tumor often diagnosed at an advanced or metastatic stage. Current first-line chemotherapy treatments offer limited survival times, and immunotherapy has shown limited success due to the tumors complex environment. This trial aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of combining Adebrelimab and Chidamide with Gemcitabine and S1 as a new first-line treatment option for locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. Participants will receive a combination treatment including Chidamide 20 mg orally twice a week on days 8, 11, 15, and 18, Adebrelimab 1200 mg intravenously every 3 weeks on day 8, Gemcitabine 800-1000 mgm2 intravenously twice a day on days 1 and 8 every 3 weeks, and S1 40 mg or 50 mg orally twice a day on days 1-14 every 3 weeks. This is a single-arm, open, phase II study conducted across multiple centers. During the study, participants will be monitored for progression-free survival over 24 months. Assessments include regular evaluations of tumor response, physical health, and organ function. Safety and efficacy will be closely observed throughout the treatment and follow-up periods. The study expects participants to comply with visits, tests, and survival follow-up for the duration of their involvement.
