Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients (age 218 years or older) diagnosed with carcinoma of the Head and Neck confirmed or verified by an expert site
- Patients at any clinical phase of Head and Neck carcinoma, including diagnosis, primary cancer treatment, recurrence, or metastatic disease treatment
- New patients managed by the healthcare provider from 2021 onward or patients in active follow-up at the hospital
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients diagnosed with sarcomas and lymphomas
- Patients whose medical records are unavailable for review
