Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 50 years or older
- Ability to provide written and oral informed consent
- HbA1c level between 39 and 47 mmol/L (pre-diabetes range)
You will not qualify if you...
- Use of medicine that impacts blood glucose or glucose metabolism
- Starting new medicine less than 3 months before joining the study
- Planned changes to medicine during the study or medicine changes less than 3 months before joining
- Abnormal screening blood test as determined by the principal investigator
- HbA1c greater than 47 mmol/L
- Allergy to paracetamol
- Unable to speak or understand Danish
- Following special diets
