Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Low back pain lasting at least 3 months
  • Low back pain with or without radiation to the legs
  • Age between 18 and 65 years
  • Diagnosed with chronic nonspecific low back pain
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Neuropathic pain symptoms
  • Pregnancy
  • History of infection, cancer, or trauma
  • Neurological abnormalities
  • Previous lumbar spine surgery
  • Physical therapy or injections in the lumbar area within last 6 months
  • Neurological diseases such as Parkinson's or Multiple Sclerosis
  • Systemic diseases preventing exercise
  • Mini-Mental Test score below 24
