Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Low back pain lasting at least 3 months
- Low back pain with or without radiation to the legs
- Age between 18 and 65 years
- Diagnosed with chronic nonspecific low back pain
You will not qualify if you...
- Neuropathic pain symptoms
- Pregnancy
- History of infection, cancer, or trauma
- Neurological abnormalities
- Previous lumbar spine surgery
- Physical therapy or injections in the lumbar area within last 6 months
- Neurological diseases such as Parkinson's or Multiple Sclerosis
- Systemic diseases preventing exercise
- Mini-Mental Test score below 24
