What this Trial Is About

Researchers are evaluating a digital universal parenting program designed to promote positive parenting skills among guardians of 3-year-old children. The study aims to assess the use and feasibility of this program that encourages strengthening relationships and communication between parents and their children. This single-arm study focuses on supporting guardians in developing positive parenting behaviors through an accessible digital platform. The intervention consists of a fully digital parent training program delivered over 8 weeks, divided into 5 weekly themes. Each theme includes theory, videos, examples, video practices, and exercises covering topics such as reinforcing positive behavior, reducing conflicts, managing daily transitions, and being present with the child. Participants receive regular SMS and email reminders to support engagement throughout the program. Participants are guardians of 3-year-old children attending annual health checkups at child health clinics. The study involves using the digital program and monitoring its effects on the child's emotional reactivity from baseline through 8 weeks of follow-up. Researchers collect data on participant engagement and program feasibility. The total participation lasts for the duration of the 8-week program with assessments before and after this period.
