Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 55 to 70 years of both genders
- Diagnosed with maintenance hemodialysis for at least 6 months
- No mental illness, neuromuscular disorders, or serious lung problems
- Able to perform the exercise interventions
You will not qualify if you...
- Obesity with body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or higher
- Orthopedic or neurological problems interfering with training
- History of pulmonary problems such as COPD or pneumonia
- History of myocardial infarction or cardiothoracic surgery
- Unstable medical condition
- Dementia affecting ability to follow instructions
- History of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
