What this Trial Is About
This research aims to evaluate how core stability exercises combined with breathing exercises affect daily activities, fatigue, and balance in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. The study involves adults aged 50 to 65 years receiving regular hemodialysis treatment. Researchers want to understand if adding these exercises can improve patients' physical function alongside their routine care. Sixty participants will be divided into two groups. One group will perform core stability exercise training combined with deep breathing exercises for about 25 to 30 minutes, three times a week over eight weeks. The other group will do only deep breathing exercises for 15 minutes, also three times a week for eight weeks. Both groups will continue their usual care from the hemodialysis department. Participants will be monitored over the eight weeks for improvements in their ability to perform activities of daily living, levels of fatigue, and balance. Assessments will be done regularly to track changes. The study will help measure how these exercises might support physical health in hemodialysis patients while ensuring safety and adherence to the exercise programs.
