Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adults aged 55 to 70 years of both genders
  • Diagnosed with maintenance hemodialysis for at least 6 months
  • No mental illness, neuromuscular disorders, or serious lung problems
  • Able to perform the exercise interventions
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Obesity with body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or higher
  • Orthopedic or neurological problems interfering with training
  • History of pulmonary problems such as COPD or pneumonia
  • History of myocardial infarction or cardiothoracic surgery
  • Unstable medical condition
  • Dementia affecting ability to follow instructions
  • History of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
