Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Have at least one cardiometabolic risk factor: overweight or obesity, prediabetes, dyslipidemia, or elevated blood pressure
- Traditional Chinese medical syndrome type of gastric heat and dampness obstruction
You will not qualify if you...
- Obesity caused by genetic or endocrine diseases such as hypercortisolism, polycystic ovary syndrome, primary hypothyroidism, or hypothalamic obesity
- Currently participating or participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months
- Diagnosis of organic diseases including heart, liver, kidney, brain diseases, infectious diseases, or mental diseases
