What this Trial Is About

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) can greatly affect quality of life, health, and work ability, especially in textile manufacturing workers. This research aims to assess the current physical and psychosocial health of these workers and evaluate how an eight-week combined exercise and health education program impacts their fitness, musculoskeletal symptoms, and overall well-being. The study uses a pre-post design without a control group, allowing all participants to receive the intervention. The intervention includes weekly in-person workshops during work hours, covering pain management, stress, sleep hygiene, and healthy habits, alongside two weekly online exercise sessions via a mobile app focused on mobility, strength, and stability. Exercises adapt progressively based on participant feedback, and adherence is tracked through attendance and digital session completion. After the eight-week program, a four-week follow-up period is included to monitor lasting effects. Participants will undergo assessments before, immediately after, and one month following the intervention to measure changes in pain intensity, musculoskeletal symptoms, muscle strength, physical activity, work ability, sleep quality, mental health factors, quality of life, productivity, and absenteeism. Validated tools and standardized methods are used for these evaluations. Participants are expected to complete at least 80% of the program to be included in the analysis, and the total study duration covers approximately 12 weeks.
