What this Trial Is About
This study is being done to create a registry to help us learn more about germ cell tumors (GCT) and other testicular tumors. The registry will include people with these tumors and also relatives and unrelated people without these tumors. This study will help us learn more about the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and outcome of these tumors. Studying relatives of patients and people unrelated to patients with GCT and other testicular tumors will help us understand why some people get these tumors and why some people don't.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Speak English
- For the case group: Have a diagnosis or suspicion of germ cell tumor and/or a testicular mass
- For the family member group: Be a blood relative of a person with a germ cell tumor or testicular tumor
- For the control group: Have no personal history of cancer except non-melanoma skin cancer
- For the control group: Have no family history of germ cell tumor or testicular tumor
- For the control group: Not be a blood relative of controls already enrolled
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
