What this Trial Is About
Researchers are evaluating the stability and bone density outcomes of immediate dental implants placed in the posterior lower jaw using a special bone filler. This study compares two mixtures used to fill the space around the implant between the implant and surrounding bone: Xenograft mixed with Vitamin D and Xenograft mixed with Hyaluronic acid. Proper management of this space, known as the jumping gap, is important to help the implant succeed and improve bone quality. The treatment involves carefully extracting the tooth while preserving surrounding bone and tissue, cleaning the socket, and placing the implant while maintaining a jumping gap of more than 2 mm. This gap is filled with Xenograft mixed either with Vitamin D or with Hyaluronic acid, followed by sealing the site with resorbable sutures. Participants are randomly assigned to one of the two treatments to compare their effects. Participants will be followed for six months after implant placement. Researchers will measure implant stability and bone density around the implant at this time. The study includes systemically healthy adults aged 18 to 60 who need immediate implants in the posterior teeth and meet certain dental health criteria. Safety and treatment outcomes will be closely monitored during this period.
