Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Written informed consent is available.
  • Age 18 years or older.
  • Patient is eligible for invasive physiological assessment with adenosine and/or acetylcholine.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Hemodynamic instability.
  • Expected technical problems with physiology wire measurements.
  • Culprit vessel involved in acute coronary syndrome.
  • Contraindications to adenosine administration.
  • Contraindications to acetylcholine test.
  • Life expectancy less than 1 year.
