Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years or older
- Negative pregnancy test
- Diagnosed with stable or unstable angina, positive functional test, or stable NSTEMI
- Life expectancy greater than 1 year
- Willing and able to cooperate with study procedures and follow-up evaluations
You will not qualify if you...
- Known allergy or contraindication to antiplatelet medications or contrast media that cannot be adequately pre-medicated
- History of allergic reaction or significant sensitivity to paclitaxel or similar drugs
- Platelet count below 100,000 or above 700,000 cells/mm³, or white blood cell count below 3,000 cells/mm³
- Renal insufficiency or failure
- Recent acute myocardial infarction
- Previous PCI of the target vessel within 6 months before the procedure
- Planned PCI of any vessel within 30 days after the procedure or planned PCI of the target vessel within 12 months after the procedure
- History of stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)
- Active peptic ulcer or upper gastrointestinal bleeding
- History of bleeding disorders or refusal of blood transfusions
- Left ventricular ejection fraction below 30%
- Planned surgery that would interrupt recommended dual antiplatelet therapy duration
- Participation in another investigational drug or device study that is not completed or interferes with this study's endpoints
