The current study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of different online psychological interventions, including guided and unguided transdiagnostic cognitive behavioural therapy, and unguided mindfulness-based intervention, on mental well-being in comparison to waitlist control. Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 17 years old or above
- Able to read Chinese or English
- Has internet connection and can access the internet
- Not registered with Jockey Club TourHeart+ Project or participating in related research projects
- Has moderate to severe symptoms on GAD-7 or PHQ-9 assessments
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 17 years old
- Cannot access the internet
- Existing user of Jockey Club TourHeart+ Project or participating in related research
- Does not have moderate to severe depressive or anxiety symptoms
- Has suicidal risk
