Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy males over 18 years old
- Players from the AZS volleyball league
- Players who regularly compete in the league
- Provided informed consent and agree to follow study rules and wear a helmet
You will not qualify if you...
- Lack of consent to participate
- Previous surgeries on upper limbs, lower limbs, or spine
- Upper limb injuries within the last 6 months
- Pain that limits participation in the study
