AI-Summary

What this Trial Is About

Researchers are evaluating the usability of the Hope-D weight management program designed for pregnant women with a prepregnancy BMI of at least 30 kg/m2. This program supports weight management from pregnancy through six months postpartum using digital tools, individual and general weight management plans, and coaching sessions. The study aims to assess how easy and acceptable the program is for users. Participants will use the Health Village digital pathway over one week to manage weight during pregnancy and postpartum. They will review a general and an individual weight management plan and participate in group and individual coaching sessions provided by a trained nurse. The study focuses on the digital program's functionality, content relevance, and coaching components. During the study, participants will complete interviews via Microsoft Teams and a usability questionnaire to provide feedback on the program's features. Researchers will evaluate technical usability, content clarity, and coaching session value. The study monitors how well participants can use the digital pathway, their satisfaction, and their experiences with the weight management plans and coaching. The total participation time is one week.
