Researchers are enrolling patients who have stable chest pain suspected to be caused by obstructive coronary artery disease. These patients are referred for coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA), a detailed heart imaging test, to better understand their condition. The study aims to see if using CCTA images can improve how doctors manage stable chest pain, potentially leading to fewer major heart-related problems and better decisions about further tests and treatments. All participants receive CCTA scans following standard guidelines and hospital protocols. The images are analyzed using specialized software to examine the coronary arteries' structure, function, and tissue characteristics. This observational study collects detailed imaging data to explore how this information can guide clinical decisions and improve patient outcomes. Participants are monitored over a long period, up to 10 years, to track important heart events such as major adverse cardiovascular events, invasive coronary angiography, medication use, revascularization procedures, death, stroke, cardiac death, and heart attacks. This extended follow-up helps researchers understand the impact of CCTA-based management on patient health and treatment effectiveness.
