- Staff members at partnering sites who are administrative leaders, population health managers, data analysts, quality improvement staff, nurses, nurse managers, practice managers, medical assistants, and providers
- Staff members at partnering sites aged 18 years or older
You will not qualify if you...
- Staff members not involved in colorectal cancer screening practices at community health centers
