Researchers are evaluating coronary artery plaque burden, perivascular inflammation, and the extent of myocardial ischemia in patients who experience acute myocardial infarction but have non-obstructive coronary artery disease, known as MINOCA. The study aims to identify coronary artery anatomy, plaque burden, composition, and high-risk plaque features using CT coronary angiography, as well as to assess the presence, extent, and severity of myocardial ischemia. Participants will undergo diagnostic imaging including CT coronary angiography and stress 12N NH3 PET-MR scans. During the study, participants will be examined through these imaging procedures to measure plaque burden and myocardial ischemia within one week.
