You may qualify if you...

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Able to communicate in Turkish
  • Willing to participate in the training
  • Licensed football player
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Body mass index of 30 kg/m² or higher
  • History of lower extremity surgery in the last 6 months
  • Cardiac, musculoskeletal, vestibular, or neurological problems
