You may qualify if you...

  • Age ranging from 18 to 25 years
  • Female cricket players with at least 1 year of cricket playing experience
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Any cardiopulmonary (heart or lung) problems
  • Lower leg injuries (fractures or ligament ruptures) within the last 6 months
  • Players unable to complete ladder or plyometric training
