You may qualify if you...
- Age ranging from 18 to 25 years
- Female cricket players with at least 1 year of cricket playing experience
You will not qualify if you...
- Any cardiopulmonary (heart or lung) problems
- Lower leg injuries (fractures or ligament ruptures) within the last 6 months
- Players unable to complete ladder or plyometric training
