This research focuses on people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who take part in clinical trials. It aims to understand the challenges that affect patients' ability to join or finish such trials. Since clinical trials often include certain demographic groups more than others, this study seeks to gather data from diverse groups to identify common patterns and provide insights that could help future OCD patients. The study observes participants without giving any treatment or intervention. It collects information about their experiences throughout the clinical trial process. The research is conducted by Power Life Sciences Inc. and does not involve any experimental therapies or procedures. Participants will provide data over time about their decisions to enroll in OCD clinical studies and whether they complete these trials. Researchers will track the rate of enrollment within three months and the number of participants who stay in a clinical trial until completion over twelve months. Participants will be asked to comply with scheduled visits and other study requirements during this period.
