Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Men and women older than 25 years of age with two or more risk factors such as BMI ≥24 or BMI ≤18.5 kg/m2, smoking, less than 30 minutes of daily exercise, blood pressure above 130/85 mmHg, dyslipidemia, fasting glucose above 6.1 mmol/l, or fatty liver
- Patients diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, or atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients who have not signed the consent form
- Patients with severe heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure, or malignant tumors
- Patients planning to become pregnant
