Retrospective Study Analyzing Mental Health Treatments Using the Greenbrook Database Including NeuroStar TMS and Esketamine

This research aims to better understand mental health treatments for conditions like depression, OCD, and anxiety depression by analyzing existing patient data from Greenbrook. It focuses on how treatments are used and their effects, using information collected during routine clinical care. The study is observational and retrospective, looking back at past data rather than testing new treatments directly. The analysis includes patients treated with NeuroStar TMS, a non-invasive brain stimulation device, and those treated with Esketamine nasal spray for depression. These treatments are part of the collected data, and the study evaluates their use and outcomes over time without administering any new interventions. Participants data from 2011 onwards will be reviewed to assess changes in clinical outcome scores from before treatment to eight weeks after treatment. Researchers will monitor how these treatments impacted symptoms using recorded clinical scores. The study spans from May 2025 until December 2035, focusing on data already collected during routine care without requiring new visits or treatments from participants.
