Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Direct care workers with a degree as a nursing assistant, dependency care technician, geroculturist, or certificate of professionalism
- Workers who speak and understand Spanish
- Workers employed in residences offering day services during morning or afternoon shifts
- Workers with more than 4 months in their current department
You will not qualify if you...
- Workers who only work night shifts
- Workers on rotating shifts in all residence departments
- Workers absent during the study due to temporary leave, vacations, or other reasons
