During these 16 weeks, participants will provide data through multiple methods including electronic momentary assessments (four times daily), continuous physiological monitoring via wearable devices, weekly neurocognitive tasks, and video observations of tics. Throughout the study, participants will complete four traditional assessments to measure symptoms and treatment response before and after each phase. Researchers will closely analyze the collected data to track tic patterns and treatment effects over time. The primary outcome measure is clinical scales of tic change assessed over four months. The total participation duration is approximately 16 weeks, with ongoing monitoring of symptoms and behaviors during this period.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Presence of chronic motor and/or vocal tics lasting at least 1 year without a tic-free period longer than 3 consecutive months
- Tics not caused by a medical condition or substance effects
- Moderate or greater tic severity defined by Yale Global Tic Severity Scale total score 14 (or 9 for motor or vocal tics only)
- Fluent in English to understand study instructions and measures
- Aged between 12 and 17 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous diagnosis of psychosis or cognitive disability
- IQ less than 80
- Substance abuse or dependence within the past year
- Current suicidal intent
- Medication changes within the previous 4 weeks
