What this Trial Is About

Male factor infertility is a leading cause of both primary and secondary infertility, often linked to poor sperm quality as shown by abnormal semen analysis. Researchers are evaluating the effects of a dietary supplement called Power Prenatal for Sperm, which is designed to improve sperm quality in men who have low scores on the FDA-approved YO Sperm at-home test. This study focuses on males aged 18 to 50 with a low YO Score, aiming to see if a 90-day supplement course can improve their sperm quality as measured by the YO Score. Participants in this single-arm study will take the Power Prenatal for Sperm supplement for three months. The supplement contains various vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants aimed at enhancing sperm quality. Each month during the treatment, participants will re-test their sperm quality using the YO Sperm at-home kit and share their YO Score results through the YO Sperm app with the research team. The study will compare YO Scores at the start and monthly over the three-month period. During the study, participants will be monitored through their monthly YO Score assessments, which will help researchers track changes in sperm quality over time. The data collected will be securely stored in compliance with privacy regulations. The primary outcome measured is the change in YO Score from baseline to after three months of supplementation. The total participation duration is three months of supplementation with monthly evaluations.
